The experienced Travel co-coordinator
of Southern Cross Experiences will look after you and your
guests from
landing in Johannesburg or Cape Town until your departure together with
our associates.

offer for corporate groups, executives and government-representatives
accommodation in the most beautiful and most remote places in the southern
hemisphere in a stylish atmosphere for your company event. It varies from
the best exclusive venues and hotels
to the most secluded
game-lodges and bush camps. Our special highlight is a five star mobile
tented camp
in the “out of Africa” style of the 19th century for up to 200
people sharing.
To extend your corporate
bush-experience or for transport reasons we include in our programme
cultural, coastal, archaeological and geological excursions into the
„heart“ of Africa and 4x4 driving, hot-air-ballooning and historical
train- and aircraft safaris.

CORPORATE HOTEL AGREEMENTS
|
Southern Cross Experiences can offer pre-negotiated rates to your Company
through our existing preferred supplier rates. In addition to these
corporate rates, we will negotiate special rates on your behalf with
hotels frequently used by your Company.
CAR RENTAL SERVICES
Car rental will be arranged in accordance with your travel requirements.
This includes various suppliers, coaches, shuttles, 4 x4’s and so forth.

Additional insurance can be
provided through our travel insurance partner Tic at preferred premiums.
Foreign Exchange

Foreign currency is
delivered to our clients free of charge,

clients. We are prepared to structure
a service fee resolution according to your company needs. These fees are
negotiated on an upfront policy and you are presented with schedule of
these fees. |

Southern Cross Experiences firmly believes in giving back to tourism
development. We have our own Foundation which is supported by donating 10%
of all profits back into the community at grass root level. Your support
will actively contribute to this initiative. |

STAFF EFFICIENCY AND

Assigned to you
is an experienced
travel co-ordinator,
project manager and key account manager.
We will accept reservations via fax or email.
All reservations will be confirmed in writing via e-mail to your travel
booker.
Personal Profile records of
all travellers will be captured and loaded into our reservations system
ensuring we have records of your staff Voyager numbers, meal preferences
and so forth.
Your Key Account
Manager will submit travel spend reports as your require them.
These reports will
outline your travel expenditure and cost saving percentages. This will
result in cost efficiencies and realistic reports on your travel spend. |

Experiences places a high priority on developing the next generation of
business leaders and we continue to explore new ways to foster a

We have implemented Learnership programmes for previously disadvantaged
individuals (PDI’s) from practical orientation of students from accredited
Travel & Tourism colleges to getting local communities involved in the
running of a tourist destination within world heritage sites. |
