Moveable Safari Camp has to be something every man and woman dreams of.
We have all enjoyed lodges and hotels as guests of these fine
establishments, But very few -
a privileged few - have had the opportunity to actually plan and create
the perfect dream safari.

1.
Full En Suite
accommodation
VIP Turn of the Century en suite Tents. Two beds, crisp
cream cotton bed linen, copper bedside tables, well lit in both bathroom
and bedroom, complete unit with ground sheet and mosquito netting,
blankets and hot water bottles in winter add to the warmth and coziness of
your tent. Covered veranda with chairs to allow a private area outside of
your tent. Luggage rack in the room for your luggage. Shower Room,
lavishly decorated with copper basins, mirrors, gas lamps, offering the
finest home made sensuous soaps and body lotions. Towels will be provided.
A flush portable loo. Chocolates are on the pillows at turn down each
evening, stewards to assist. (Torches are a recommended item which clients
must be told to bring along with them or an idea for a very useful
corporate gift).

Safari Salon
- This large communal area is electrically lit where ladies can socialize
whilst making use of the full-length mirrors, blow dry their hair and
apply make up with ease. This is an area for women to spruce themselves
prior to going to Gin Tent for dinner, seductively draped in white flowing
curtains and the occasional waft of incense fills the air.
An Aroma therapist / masseur is on hand to massage your stresses away

Classic
Safari Dining Tent
(Gin Tent)
- Candle lit, occasional parcan lighting up the Gin Tent, flaming torches
and hurricane gas lanterns add to the romantic ambiance. If requiring
dιcor to be different each evening, we will gladly oblige alternating from
our elegant 19th Century Classical Safari Dinner to our more
relaxed African Traders evening, more traditional African styled dιcor and
rich colours. Background music filters through the Gin Tent. Male and
female bathrooms are adjacent to the Gin Tent.

6. Meet
and Greet incorporating Separate luggage transfers and porterage thereof
On
check in and check
out, your luggage will be handled by our staff, it will be tagged with
leather luggage tags and placed in your tents prior to you arriving at
the safari site.

Fully equipped & Stocked bar
with the Best of our local brands , qualified barman, fridges, deep
freezers to get those beers really frosty, crystal glasses
etc. A
beverage list will be sent to you to pre-select your preferred choice of
drinks and our quaffable stock of South African wines from our cellar.
All local beverages included.

Library & Communication Centre & Games.
Board games, cards, darts and archery as well as a selection of books
available.

Cigar lounging area - decorated with scatter cushions
and low slung copper tables (Not couches). A relaxing area during the day
and the perfect place to enjoy your after dinner cigars. (Cigars not
included, group to please advise what their budget is to ensure we have a
good selection on hand for the group.)

Outdoor tea area
under umbrellas, deck chairs, out door pub with ever attentive staff to
look
after your every whim.

11. Medical
Assistance for the
duration of your stay. This includes a qualified medic on hand with full
medical assistance on standby in case of emergencies.

Your participation in a Safari makes a direct financial
contribution to wildlife management.
13. Turtle Tours
in groups of 10 per night in open 4 x 4 vehicle to the coast to view this
spectacular sight perfect Turtle Breeding Time of the Year this will
be on x 3 nights to ensure each guests gets a chance to view this
14. Early
Morning Game drives
each day for a group of 15 guests will embark on a game drive with our
most interesting ranger / marine biologist. (We have not included a drive
every morning for EVERY one as over a 8 day stay we feel this to be too
much)

Night Drives in groups of 15 on x 3 nights or Late
afternoons during your stay

Bush Discoveries on open 4 x 4 vehicles (groups

in camp during your stay

1 x Full Day Game Drive
in Hluhluwe/Umfolozi Game reserve including transfers
to and from Hluhluwe and lunch at Hilltop in the heart of this fine Big 5
reserve. This will be for the entire group on the same day so all out of
camp that day.

Group Cape Vidal Adventure and day on the beach discovering the highest
dunes during your stay
including picnic lunch

days 2 to 7 of your stay (not included Day 1 nor Day 8 of your trip)

Transfer from Croc Centre (meet and greet point) to Camp
in game drive vehicles on day of
arrival and back to Croc Centre from camp on day of departure. This will
be the point of a meet and greet after you have driven down the highway to
and from Durban Airport

Site Inspection
It is recommended that a visit the area prior to your safari to ensure
we select the ideal location a surcharge will apply which will be for your
account. This will include all traveling, accommodation, meal expenses of
your personal Safari Outfitter as well as the guests from your side. If
the site inspection is done after your confirmation has been received
there will be no charge for Peters time over and above the abovementioned
unknown expenses.
